Pear electrical was founded in 2012 by Sam Thomas. Since this date we have grown from strength to strength, delivering the highest standard of electrical installation across South of England. Our portfolio ranges from simple additional socket outlets, to high-end residential and commercial in the most affluent areas of central London.

Our pricing is all done via a pricing program called Kwota.
Kwota is a price-per-point program that allows us to list individual rooms and add as many products to this room as we choose. Each product has a preset price meaning we can quote projects in record time and give customers a full breakdown of everything included within the quote. We can continually update our prices as the project unfolds, keeping our clients in the loop of their costs.

We believe every customer should get the installation they want, so instead of forcing numerous unnecessary items to make extra money, we'd rather take the time and reduce (or increase) the number of items to make the installation work with its surroundings. We don't believe in the 'rule of thumb' or 'fastest route possible', we want to leave a job knowing it's how we would expect it to be if it were our own home and meeting all client's expectations.

We work closely alongside a construction company based in Farnborough, Hampshire, who have been loyally providing us with work for the past 14 years. During this time we have honed our customer relationship skills to ensure every installation is completed to the highest standard. We also work very closely alongside other trades, we are continually communicating on-site to ensure our work doesn't affect the next trade after us, IE plumbers, plasterers, and carpenters. We this in mind, we can adapt ourselves to work with new contractors very quickly and build a successful relationship to move forward with.
